SCULPT

For Sculpt, rough scale models of different kinds of products are transformed into 1:1 pieces of furniture, executed in various materials. The pieces look like the original sketch was blown up to life-size. Sculpt was the start of Maarten Baas’ free-handed approach that has become his distinctive style in later designs.
